A Smokey addition for Seriously®

Challenge your taste buds with Seriously® Smokey cheddar, newly available nationally from the Waitrose deli counter.

This full flavoured cheddar is authentically smoked for four hours over wood from old whisky barrels at the family-owned Rannoch Smokery in Perthshire, Seriously Smokey uses the brand’s award winning extra mature cheddar to create cheese with exceptional flavour. 

Seriously Smokey is delivered to the deli counter in a log shape which ensues every portion comes with part of the delicious smoked exterior.

Perfect for entertaining and an ideal way to add something different to the cheeseboard, Seriously® Smokey will impress guests with its magnificent flavour.

Cheeseboard Rules
• Take the cheese out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before serving so that the taste and texture are at their best.
• Serve one more cheese than there are guests.
• For a basic cheeseboard, include three cheeses that offer a range of textures and flavours – a hard cheese like Seriously Smokey, a soft cheese and a blue cheese.
